At Changzhou Guosu Technology Co., Ltd., we strictly control production and delivery schedules for all custom roll forming machines. Delays are rare due to our mature management system.
📄 Penalties and compensation will be clearly stated in the formal sales contract.
📌 For delays caused by our production arrangement:
We will pay reasonable liquidated damages as agreed in the contract, usually a certain percentage per day until delivery.
📌 For delays caused by the buyer:
Such as delayed payment, delayed confirmation of drawings, or delayed material supply – we will not bear liability or penalty.
📌 For force majeure:
Natural disasters, epidemics, international policies, wars, or port congestion – both parties are exempt from liability.
